Your Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute experiments in the field of molecular biology, cell biology, or bioprocessing
- Analyze and interpret complex scientific data, ensuring high-quality documentation and reporting
- Contribute to the development and optimization of innovative biotechnological processes and products
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, and production
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines
Your Profile
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, or a related field
- Hands-on laboratory experience in relevant techniques (e.g., cell culture, PCR, protein analysis, or fermentation)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working style
